Red Quanta declares Mi as no.1 Brand in India

 




According to a survey by Red Quanta, a leading customer intelligence company, Mi India, the country's number one smartphone and smart TV player, has emerged as the number one brand in after-sales services. The results are based on a large study conducted by RedQuanta with over 8000 respondents across tier 1 and tier 2 markets.

The study's aim was to figure out how brands treat their consumers after the sale was made and to calculate a customer's satisfaction quotient afterward. Infrastructure & ambience at service station, Covid-19 safety metrics, smoothness of service initiation, personnel engagement, processing time for service completion, and efficiency of issue resolution were all used to evaluate the brands.

When compared to other brands, Mi India had the highest number of completely satisfied customers (85 percent) in the premium group (over INR 20,000), followed by OnePlus, Apple, and Samsung. Mi India also topped the charts in the non-premium sector, with the highest number of fully satisfied customers (51%) followed by OnePlus. In addition, Mi India ranked first in both premium and non-premium CSAT ratings.
